Mr. Irias commenced his legal advancement by working as a legal extern for Honorable Justice Lewis Bart Stone of the New York Supreme Court of New York in Manhattan. Mr. Irias concentrates his practice in transacting and litigating complex business and real estate related issues. He has represented the interests of individuals and business entities alike before Federal Court, State Court, and administrative bodies. Given his undergraduate studies in engineering, Mr. Irias is uniquely positioned to represent clients with scientific and technical issues in transactions and litigation related to modern technology and the internet.
Mr. Pastori concentrates his practice exclusively in litigation which includes representation of clients before judicial and quasi-judicial bodies on matters concerning commercial and corporate disputes, regulatory infractions, and real property related issues. Mr. Pastori commenced his legal career by representing one of the largest property insurance carriers in the State of Florida and has now dedicated a portion of his practice to represent clients in processing and litigating insurance claims.
Mr. Garcia-Menocal is in his eleventh year of practice and has represented clients in both transactions and litigation. Mr. Garcia-Menocal compliments his knowledge in trial work by also performing appellate work for those cases in which review is required. He is continuously exposed via litigation to matters related to corporate, business, real property, employment, and family related issues.
