Mr. Pastori concentrates his practice predominantly in litigation and has experience representing his clients before judicial and quasi-judicial bodies.  Among the subject matter litigated includes shareholder disputes, condominium association related issues, corporate dissolutions, insurance claim litigation, personal injury matters, and family related issues.  On the topic of litigation, Mr. Pastori believes that although the facts and the law create the legal boundaries of a given case, it is the proper use of litigation tactics in civil procedure that can turn even the most problematic legal posture into a more favorable position.  Mr. Pastori also represents his clients in corporate and business transactions when necessary.  His representative clientele include high-net worth individuals, foreign investors, multi-million dollar companies, and small businesses.
